Question GBA emu skins

Is this possible, and if it already is, how do i do it? Meaning, can we skin the gui of the emu to look like a gameboy? I forgot what old emu did this, but it was skinned to look like the "clunker" (old gameboy). I've noticed some feautes on visualboyadvance about different gameboys, but they do nothing. Or maybe i didnt see what they do. So, is skinning possible, or maybe should i suggest this. Itll look cool having the gui look like a gameboy on your desktop! Another thing, i just saw a vid of an emulator in action, and it booted the bios screen and gba splash logo, any emu do this too?!

there's no skin support in any of the GBA emulators, it would be possible to do it though. but i guess developing it would take the time away from _real_ emulation progress. the skinnable one you were talking about is Virtual Gameboy, for DOS, i believe.
the bios thing can be done, just enable "Use BIOS" in VisualboyAdvance's menu. you'll need the GBA bios for that, of course.
