what are the exact steps for converting a movie file (.mov,.avi etc) to a gba file.

guess you'll have to write your own program to do it ^_^ seriously, i don't think you could do it, since storing that much frames as a movie has without compression eats up a lot of space, and i don't think the GBA's processor could handle a serious compression algorithm, so you could probably only fit the finished movie on a flash card (with a linker). i didn't do any research on this, though.

i THINK ive HEARD SOMEWHERE that playing movies on gba COULD be possible... not sure tho...
or maybe a divx player on development... i dont remember well

but some games have mdec playing wich is a nice step!
