Trading Pokemon in VBA (or any other)

I remember seeing some news a year or so ago about an emulator that could allow trading between saves in the Pokemon games. Does anyone know where I could track this info down?

When I was using NO$GB, I could trade between Pokemon saves. Try the NO$GB site
