winds dsi pro 2.1.0 is this a real emu for ds?

Its just a compilation of a number of emulators into one "branded" installer.
They used to include the donate-only no$gba2.6a, bioses and firmwares (uless im mistaken, they still do).

By the way, why are you posting it in the NeonDS section? It'd fit better into the misc handheld emulation one, as it has nothing to do with NeonDS.

No, it's a compilation of emus of GBA/NDS, which is illegal in this forum, because:
1. It has copyrighted Bios of GBA and firmware of DS
2. It has the donate-in version of NO$GBA.
3. It has a hacked version of NDS2XGL, which is cracked by DigitalSpider, which is hated in many forums of emulation.
In short, the pack it's illegal on this forum, that's why Lainz made versions in this forum without copyrighted bios or firmware or donate-in versions of NO$GBA. Bye.
