Is there anyway to play a DS game while having a GBA game "inserted" in any emu?

I'm playing pokemon Platinum in no$gba and I wanted to connect it to my Pokemon Emerald so I was wondering if any emulator is able to do this.

Any help is appreciated

I know DeSmuME has an option to put a game in the GBA slot while playing DS games, so I'd give it a try. I don't know if Platinum runs on DSME, though.

Other than that though there's nothing.
I also am not sure yet if the feature fully works on DeSmuME, but that is your best bet trying it out there.
