Gcube emulation

I was wondering to save time and hassle which does it load from iso or mini cd thing. Or does it have to be like dreamcast you have to rip it from your dc to an iso on your computer? And also which emu is best so far i saw three and didnt know. And by best which has more games running?

Rip it off your Disc rename its extention to .gcm or .iso select your just ripped ISO directory and run the game.(No need BIOS)
