What are the system requirements?

I noticed that there are no threads in the Gamecube forum that say it, so i'm asking. What are the system requirements to run most Gamecube games?

A head, a shaft, and two balls.

Edit: Oh...and some lotion and a pair of hands.

It's the same thing as with PS2 emulation: a PC that will run it full speed probably doesn't exist yet, not to mention the emulators are far from being completed.
