gcube 0.40 windows binary

I tried to patch/fix the source of gcube 0.4, to make it compiile using mingw/msys.

Due to lack of gamecube games, I could just use some PD files to test my binary. I can´t guarantee, that my changes did not break anything.

So please give it a try and post some feedback

Binary and source can be found here: http://www.aep-emu.de/PNphpBB2-file-...ic-t-1259.html

  • better interrupt handling and dsp emulation
  • input should work in more games now
  • improved gx emulation (with new engine at its early stage)
  • savestates can be created without the debugger
  • simple thp video player included (thpview)
