Has anyone tried to make an osx GC emu? GC uses a powerpc variant couldnt somebody make a program to turn the games into mac executables like cxbx does with xbox to pc executables

The powerpc used in a GCN is way different than that used in an apple computer. But to answer your question yes there is one.
