Gamecube documentation?

Now with Dolphin going open source, I am interested in studying the source. While I learn to code I also plan on learning about emulation in hopes of contributing back to the community someday.

Now it's time again for me to ask where can I find the documentation of the basics of coding an emulator such as registers, cpu calls etc..

I am also looking for whatever little Gamecube documentation may be available so I can study it a bit.

For all your emulation documentation needs, I recommend emudocs as a first stop
