most definitely,

it's not a copy of your exact physical data, but a clone of someone elses.
even if it is an exact same region and version of the game

Personally, I don't think there is anything wrong with it, but companies and government figures tend to think differently. Governments and big companies have absolute power, so I guess our opinions don't mean much.

I need to find a way to get my crystal chronicles on my pc lol.... I was looking for my 64 bit product key for about 4 hours a few months ago. I look in my draw and find it while i was looking for my dusty gba lol(to play crystal chronicles). Im to lazy to buy anything related to my gamecube. Anyway to dump games from a wii lol? Not only is downloading illegal, its not an option for someone with dial up. 99 hour for 1.4gig? rofl I'd sooner die then download that -.-
