dc games are getting fewer and fewer. should i already go out and

buy it or wait till an emulator comes??

You can get a DC with game for like $40. If you don't have a console, or you really like DC games, it's a bargain.

its about 100 us with lots of games.

but saw the games and the only 1 i want is re.

am saving up for a ps2 though.

i too was planning to buy a dc.
dc had shenmue and code veronica.(code veronica is on ps2 as well now).
any plans of shenmue ported onto something else ?

I love RE series (GC won it) but it looks like finally i have to settle for ps2.

I heard that shenmue might be out for the either xbox, Gc, Ps2 not sure though.

For now it's only coming out on xbox, but I don't know if that include the dc games. Since the dc died (for sega it did) the Shenmue series will continue on xbox.

I really want to play shenmue, but cd 1 is damaged so it won't continue after the intro

I think I remember some rumblings a while back about Sega wanting to port Shenmue to GameCube, but nothing's been announced yet.

Not the original one. Sega put the sequel (and possibly later ones) exclusively for the Xb0x. You aren't missing all that much, so don't be too concerned about it. Sega may remake the original sooner or later, but we probably won't see another version of the original Shenmue until later.

oh, they can always release it on pc; it's not uncommon for sega to release pc versions of their games years after the original =P
