Help with GD ros for Demul

How can you extract from a .chd file the .bin
file which is required to run GD roms in Demul?
Any help or tool would be appreciated. Thanks.

You can find a tool for conversion here.

The INI files packaged are outdated but you should be able to update them with little hassle.
