well¿ (pls don't say that i should have made this a poll, cuz i don't know wat all the DC emulators are, so that would kinda defeat the perpose of a poll...)

None of them are at the stage of PSX emulators... so if you're thinking of playing commercial DC games on your PC, it ain't gonna happen anytime soon

k, thx. besides, it wasn't 4 me, it was 4 a friend who wanted 2 play Seaman (i think that's wat it's called) on his cpu, and since i know zip on DC emulation...

yah, ive been making lots of progress with boobcast... no commercial software running atm and still not for a long while.
there is still a hell of a lot of information that needs to be reversed, and it takes a long time to reverse katana software.(katana=sega devkit)
Emulation still then is far from easy, due to the system being heavily interrupt driven. Timings for interrupts are near impossible to implement accurately =(
Anyhow I'll be making releasing some detailed progress news in the near future at the site.
