psx and DC
will there ever be something that allows you 2 play dreamcast on psx is there is can someone tell me the name of it

You mean emulator for PSX, then the answer is NO.
But maybe I understanded the question wrong, seems like it's done with some auto-translation engine

All programming aside, just in terms of sheer grunt power the psx wouldn't be able to handle it. Now if you are asking about psx games on the dc, that may eventually happen, bleemcast! has already proven it to be possible.
