the best? that's hard. I like the older NFS titles better than the newer ones, by the way....
but, saying what's the best racer is simply too hard for me. Some of the NFS games I do consider amongst the best, though (the first 5 were great, IMO, at least, on PC).

well if 16/32 cores arrive in the next few years then wii emulation would be possible

hehe, i have played GT legneds and it is a remarcable game
hehe who knows, i just know that if there are people with knowledge and motivation the longest it would take for wii emulation is 2-4 years

man read above the controler already works via bluetooth on PC, the only thing they need to work on about the controler is better drivers...

Anything's possible, just give it time as usual but don't expect any promissing Wii emu project to show up until perhaps ~3 years I'd say but computers by then should start to have enough raw power (probably Quad are mainstream and Octa/Multi core CPUs are getting common, very mature and optimized DDR3 RAM sticks, 2GB vidmem gfx cards with insane clock speeds and bandwitdh etc is normal by that time) for it to be worth it speedwise as Wii is the weakest among current gen and not THAAAAAT much more complicated and powerful (mind I'm comparing PS2 & PS3, XBOX & X360, NGC & Wii) than last gen.

I don't see why mouse wouldn't be able to replace the wiimote (altho it would kill the funniness) but movement wise it should work just fine.

I don't think having proper computer hardware is going to be a prob here, it's the all-the-time more advanced consoles which requires even greater coding knowledge that is going to be the biggest challenge, even if Wii isn't the most complicated system to emulate, a wannabee coder gets nightmares already of watching the source for a SNES emu and how complicated isn't PS2 and Gamecube already for example. But luckily Nintendo doesn't follow the "make-it-as-complicated-as-possible" pattern like Sony when we talk about the hardware setup.

yea mate, but you know technology is not a problem... the software is - it is realy difficult to make an os that uses 8 or more cores smart, that can arrange and address more than 8GB of RAM and etc. and especialy the BUS, usualy the two things that slow any computer is the BUS speed and the HDD speed. Even if processors are a lot faster BUS speed is still only 200MHz (quad pumped to 800 and with hyper transport to something above 1000) and CPU clock is 3GHz so u realise that less data is transfered to the CPU than the maximum it can handle - so the cpu isnt used at its full power even today. And dont make me start about the HDD, if the actual speed of the CPU's since the verry first models is multiplyed by 1500 times, the HDD improved only 15 times in speed, so the reading of stored data is verry slow, and even scasy HDDs on 15000 rpm in raid mode are slow for the other hardware....

So lets just say that it's not the CPU, RAM or VGA that needs improvement but rather the OS, and firstly the FSB and HDD

p.s. Sorry all if this is a little off topic

You're perfectly right about that, if we had a very flexible OS that could fully use all the nice features out of the new hardware optimally and wouldn't have all kinds of limits or flaws in the design and would be similiar in design as the consoles, PCSX2 PS2 emulator today for example could probably run at several times above full speed with proper hardware but now the PCSX2 team has to work from the worst scenario thanks to the very different system. That's what has the biggest impact on an emulator project success, how much the console differs from the architecture used in the PCs OS's. If we're unlucky some emulators would even require like 30x better specs than the console has just because the architecture is so different...
