How can i get my controller to work in KAWAKS?

I've got a axispad and a gravis gamepad pro and neither will work in kawaks 1.38

i have to hold the stick in the direction or press the button and hold it for 5 or 10 seconds for it to change the button in the control config layout. Anyone help me with this?

you can edit the ini if the config options don't work.. Read the documentation that comes with winkawaks.. It tells you how to set up gamepads by editing the ini..

Check and make sure your gampads are working correctly..
