Magic engine, Rondo of Blood help

No, thankfully I'm not asking where to find these... I already found them. I'm currently in possession of a full version (1.0) of Magic Engine, which means I can play for more than 5 minutes at a time. I've also come into possession of a ROM of Akumajou Dracula X: Chi no Rondo. If anybody wants it, just shoot a PM my way -- I must warn you, though, I haven't actually tested the game out.

The reason I haven't tested it out is because I have no idea what I'm supposed to do. I currently have a folder that contains two .cue files, two .iso files, and 20 mp3 files. The readme that came with the ROM tells me I'm supposed to convert these mp3s into 44100Hz 16Bits Stereo Wavs, apparently using Nero Burning Rom, but I've got no idea what to use in Nero to do this.

A friend suggested I burn all of this stuff onto a CD, but I think it's significantly more tricky than that.

Any help would be appreciated, and I'd gladly repay help by sharing what I've found.

UPDATE: I managed to convert the mp3s in the proper wav format. I tried throwing it all into an ISO using the full version of WinISO, but Magic Engine said it's not a PC Engine format CD. I don't know what to do next.

You should really give Ootake a go.
It's just as good as Magic Engine and it's free.
