Nebula 1.95b is out!

Small release with some fixes. Here's what's new:

NEOGEO
Fixed kof2000 (Not encrypted) that was being decrypted, sorry for the problems.

Fixed alpha mission 2 romset to match the latest redump

GENERAL
Added Chinsese (Simplified, GUI only) ,Italian, Russian (gui only) and French languages. Please, if you make a language file, send it to me to add it to the official release. (You can put your name in the file, as comments starting with ';').

I particularly prefer Winkawaks, you do prefer Nebula?

they are both good emulators, but one problem i seem to have is the controls.
you cant press as many buttons in winkawasks than you can in nebula. The only reason i use winkawasks is because its fast, and the only reason i use nebula is because it has a lot of graphics option. but i use final burn alpha now because its fast and its got raster effecs implemanted, plus you dont have the control input limitations like you do in winkawasks.
if you dont get it, then try and do ryus fireball in winkawasks and then nebula, then youll see the difference.

I use both of them, actually. They're both very good.
