if it is not playable on any emu then where did they get the screen shots, and how are they gonna verify the dumps?

Matbe tha same whay Dejap did with Star Ocean , Riped it directly from the rom , he also help do develop Zsnes sometime ago just to make it work !

Erm, if it's not decrypted, it cannot be played.

Both methods end with decrypted ROMs, but one dumps the ROMs themselves unencrypted ('cheating', not emulation), the other actually emulates the encryption algorithm, on the fly.

The former has a high chance for inaccuracy, btw.

As far as I know...it isnt done...
I been going to www.neo-0.com for the news since half a year ago. There havent been making read good effort into it. And the p2.rom is seperated into 2 files. p2a.rom and p2b.rom. Thats all I know...its just weird...my friend said he has the rom and he plays it a lot..I dunno about this, so Ill check with my friend next time he comes online.

It's not really 'done', someone just discovered SNK released some carts minus the encryption..

It will be done when the encryption is fully emulated..

it would probably be fun to play but dont pay too much for it. kof 2000 looks a million times better.

how could snk go under with kick ass games like kof 2k and metal slug. it just isnt fair. polygons are overrated.

found a new emu from some site called nmamex and it was said that it supported the latest neogeo/cps2 dumps(kof2k, METAL SLUG 3!, sengoku,1945plus) haven't tried it yet. *this is no lie(I dunno if the emu is the site is real I just can't post a link there.. rules ya know*

also found a hacked version of neoragex that runs kof2k there
