Emulator for using a gamepad with PC games that don't support it

Is there an emulator that will let me play PC games (like Deus EX) that don't support joysticks or gamepads? I'm using a USB gamepad on a machine running XP Pro.

There was a tool made from ALDO that mapped hte keyboard to gamepads....
JoyToKey or something like that....
