help with mega cd emulaton

Can someone help me im trying to run a mega cd (uk pal) game called road avenger, i have gens and all the bioes i need to run it but it carnt all i get is the sega screen where sonic putting the stars around it i was wondering if anyone has managed to run this game. any help would be appracted (soz i carnt spell).

just go to the menu screen then cpu and click perfect synchro to ON

thx m8 tht worked and its running at normal speed as well
