Need help with game gear emulator!

I downloaded the latest version of MEKAW and the emulator keeps telling me missing .DLL file audiow32.DLL not found, can somebody explain this for me? Thanks

Just download Dega v1.12 or LazarusSEr5 by Steve snake,
they work great.
