Dreamcast Video Cable Help

Hi, Ive been looking for a new video cable for my Dreamcast and I got a choice of either getting an DC AV Cable or DC RGB Scart Cable. I have support for both on my TV and PC TV Card, but I want one which gives me the best quality and that is compatible with imported games. Which one should I get?

Either is fine for compatibility, but the RGB SCART is far better quality than standard composite A/V

RGB gives a very noticable increase in quality.
