need help for mame emulator

Each time I load a game it always says files missing yet I have the full game what's up?

Set your rom directories correctly or press F5..

That didn't work it says the same thing, its shows a list of files missing. Any other suggestions?

Your files should be kept as .zip files and inside the rom directory

If it's a NEO-GEO game, make sure you have the NEO-GEO BIOS in your roms directory as well.

Nope still doesn't work, stills says missing files, but it seems only for Capcom games, example X-men vs Capcom. I heard something about needing cetain codes but I don't know if that's true or not.
