Emulator help!!!

I have a zsnes emulator and every time I play, it works for a couple of minutes then it just shuts of and goes back to windows, any help would be great. ty

Make sure you have the latest version (v1.37 I think, not sure on that though) and that you don't have any programs interferring in the background (msn was a ***** for me).
