Soul Calibur rom correctly dumped?

Well I know this is not the kind of question for this forum... but what the hell

. I heard recently that Soul Calibur could be emulated (though very slow, like tekken 3) in newest MAME but the rom was not correctly dumped (2 graphic chips). I also heard that some people were gathering money to dump it compleatly and actually gathered enough... Has it been dumped yet? Can give me link to the project's page? Thx.
