How do I make a separate CD for my rom files using Nero?

Make a Data CD. Add all the files.

Sorry if I'm askin any stupid questions. This is my first time doing this, but do I put everything from that zip file into the data cd?

No, put the zip file directly onto the CD. Don't extract the contents.

BTW, you can also include the emulator and have it autorun so it'll run automatically when up insert it and you can play off the CD. That's what I did for my neo geo games

I did that, making the roms and emulator one image file, and it didn't work. What did I do wrong?
