i do believe Ninja has already spoken about this in length in the Game Discussion forum, and thought he's taking it rather well, he is a bit bitter about MS having a good first (actually second) party lineup. TO his credit, he isn't saying Rare sucks, and he (seems) genuinely sad of their departure.
