MAME question

I dont know if it was supposed to go here or in another thread, if so please any MOD could fix it.
I wanna know if theres any sort of rapid-fire/turbo thing for mAME, coz im really tired of pressing those buttons all the time. i doesnt need to be MAME32, it could be any other build

Hey while you guys r on about mame, is there any way to change the controls on mame 32?

In-game, press tab. You reach a menu where you can change the default controls or set a game-specific one.
