is there a program that displays info like whether a nes rom is pal or ntsc and what game it is and that?

Also GoodNES (GoodTools), which everyone should be using on all of their roms. Identifies bad dumps, hacks, overdumps, NTSC, PAL, etc. as well as renaming.
