A emulation trouble

Does anyone know what emulator can run the Metal Slug 4,5 and 6?
I tried Mame32 but it wasn't successful.

Yes, you can run them on Mame but please remember that Metal Slug 6 is not really Metal Slug 6.. It is hack of Metal Slug 3.

You need neogeo.zip.. It is a bios that require for them to run on mame.
