Renaming of KOF2000 files

hey guys i own this game and so i downloaded it from a puiblic domain server. Now I wanted to know that how do i know that whether the one I downloaded is decrypted, encrypter or a fully decrypted Rom. I'm planning on playing this game using KAWAK 1.41 so i wanted to know which files to rename and to what particular name. Im attaching the images of the file which i have. If you could help me out it would be great thanks in advance

NEOGEO ROM CHANGES FOR KAWAKS 1.41
**********************************

THIS DOCUMENT EXPLAINS HOW TO CONVERT YOUR ROMSETS THAT WORK WITH PREVIOUS VERSIONS OF KAWAKS
TO ROMSETS THAT WORK WITH KAWAKS 1.41, FOR THOSE WHO DON'T WANT TO DOWNLOAD NEW ROMS.

The King of Fighters 2000 (encrypted)
-------------------------------------

a) Locate your M1 rom. It is either named 257-m1.bin or kof2k_m1.rom.
If it is named kof2k_m1.rom, rename it to 257-m1.bin.
Then, make a copy of this rom in kof2000.zip under the name : 257-m1d.bin
You should have twice the M rom in kof2000.zip: as 257-m1.bin and 257-m1d.bin
b) Locate your V roms. Normally, they should be in kof2000.zip
They should be named either 257-v1.bin, 257-v2.bin, 257-v3.bin, 257-v4.bin
or kof2k_v1.rom, kof2k_v2.rom, kof2k_v3.rom, kof2k_v4.rom.
257-v1.bin, 257-v2.bin, 257-v3.bin, 257-v4.bin are the correct names :
If needed rename
kof2k_v1.rom to 257-v1.bin
kof2k_v2.rom to 257-v2.bin
kof2k_v3.rom to 257-v3.bin
kof2k_v4.rom to 257-v4.bin

That's all !
If your The King of Fighters 2000 (encrypted) ever used to run in a previous Kawaks, it should
also run in Kawaks 1.41

The King of Fighters 2000 (fully decrypted)
-------------------------------------------

a) Do what is asked to "fix" The King of Fighters 2000 (encrypted) (see above)
b) If you have it, rename kof2000n.zip to kof2knd.zip

That's all !
If your The King of Fighters 2000 (fully decrypted) ever used to run in a previous Kawaks, it should
also run in Kawaks 1.41

The King of Fighters 2000 (nonecrypted P)
-----------------------------------------

a) Do what is asked to "fix" The King of Fighters 2000 (encrypted) (see above)
b) If you have it, rename kof2000c.zip to kof2000n.zip

That's all !
If your The King of Fighters 2000 (nonecrypted P) ever used to run in a previous Kawaks, it should
also run in Kawaks 1.41

============= quoted from ROMCHANGES.TXT (Kawaks 141 distro) ====================

Did you already try it out? 404's post clearly specifies which files to rename.... or am I missing something else here?
