Virtua fighter 2.1 model 2 emulator v0.9 Foreground black and white

Any Idea why virtua fighter 2 looks like this on my computer:

Probably because you don't meet minimum requirements, what are your PC specs?

EDIT: Just checked, and you don't have PS2.0, that's what causing it, from the emulators History:

Get a real graphics card and that should be solved. You can pick up PCI/AGP cards for cheap these days[they're not the best anymore, but they'd certainly kick the **** out of your onboard..]
