ZSNES filters help

I have the latest version of ZSNES (1.51), but the filters are not there.
Here is a screencap.
Does anyone know how to make them appear?

go back to the modes tab and look at the legend. you must run a screen mode that supports filters for them to show up on the filters tab.

If you get Vsync issues and are using Vista/Windows 7, the only emulator which works properly is the D3D build of Snes9x 1.51

Bsnes is not meant to be used as an end user emulator, its more like mame.

SnesGT 230 Beta 6 plays everything perfectly, supports kega filters, and runs the superfx games well. If it had D3D it would be the perfect replacement for snes9x/zsnes.
