Get ready to receive a lot of opinions on this one.

For SNES, I mainly use ZSNES but occasionally SNES9x. For NES, either NESten or Nestopia.

I don't like ZSNES because of it's UI, I prefer Snes9x for it's features, and simple/regular UI. Nestopia for it's ****load of features/options.
