My performance issues have to do with the buffers, whilst they make sense and are a nice idea, they ruin the performance of the game because no matter which buffer option you choose the game is always trying to load some music or something, meaning the issues are there with a buffer length of 1 second or a buffer length of 7 on any of the sound options.

open up the software.ini and set the buffer to 0 (its the only way to do so)

ahh.. nvm, can't do that anymore..

whats the point in the slider being able to be set to 0 if it doesn't work...

I don't have any probs with the sound either, sounds good to me. And yes I know how NO$GBA sounds like but this sounds almost as good for me.

EDIT: Nvm it varies depending on game, some produces a bit hitching bgm.

i found a funny bug on iDeaS if you press this button many times this will happen

is the wifi.plugin only working after a reset?
cause if i start the emu, i couldnt load pokemon (its like without a save)
but after i reset the game/emu i can choose the save...

Great release. Mainly sound issues which are left spoil things up a little. Also will there be an increased display option? It is very tiresome to watch close to a computer screen.Anyway, tnx lino.

HERE is a video (metroid) sound didn't got recorded though


take a look at the space XD (fast as hell) the same bug happens in mario kart. the game runs slower (even at 60fps or more) than the sky.


edit: you guys really should check this out XD the most strange bug that i found in IDEAS so far...

everything normal... then.





lol the car just started to fly (no, there was nothing to make the car do that)

then after some more normal racing, it happened another one... this time the car just fell down but this one, you'll have to check the video

lino should really check this out

by the way, someone want to try my user made track... it's just about 13-14min per lap XD (and 2min loading it lol)


Note that these bugs doesn't occur in no$gba.

And its impossible to save a game after loading a savestate. So there is no way to continue my old game?

battery save for the most part is working.

BUT, for the save to commit, you must RESET the emulator before exiting, the stop button does not seem to commit the saved battery info the the file for some reason.

besides, he saved as JPG a very very bad image type XD png is the best one because it's lossless like bmp and have a small size.

go to your video card options and you gonna see this option on 3D grafics "anti-aliasing" (AA) enable to 4x or 6x
