Ideas and Heroes of mana and children of mana

Hey, i was tyring these games and i was wondering why they seemed laggy... going about at 62fps with frame skips at 9 frames....
Is it becusae (this is what i assume) Ideas is still under construction and far from complete... or is it because of settings i juts don't know about?

I ask this cause games like advance wars (kind of) and pokemon pearl seem to work better than the two games above.. i assume it's becuase of the greater 3d elements in the two above?

lol of course, skipping 9 frames and you still want to run smooth? come on, put a frameskip 0, and if you have a decent pc, you'll play the game flawless. if your pc can't take that task, then don't bother, because ideas still in development.

speaking of decent PC, can you tell (aproximatly) what it needs to run well? I know too that 3D games need more.

at least a dual core cpu (not ht) 2.0ghz, and good video card (gtx8800 768mb recommended :P)
