Hi. everyone might think im a pokégeek by this q' but i ain't. well you see when try to do a normal save in pokémon diamond by clicking continue an error appears saying comunication error like in the attachment. can somone pls help me thanks

Save States work fine on iDeaS as far as I know...at least I never had a problem when I used them like 5 times whilst testing a bug someone had reported.

no i have the same problem, saving doest work on pokemon it seems, thats why ive been using no$gba

thanks for da replies but i just wanted to know that how i'd continue after finishing game 'cos in all PKMN games it saves normally after finishing and den loads from the save.

Have you selected 4mbits? Some people have sent me saves of 2mbits.

the point is that after using said savestate, it won't be compatible with battery saves. they just cease to work at all after loading a save state.

and Lino, no matter what the save size is set to, it always loads the screen

its true what Squall-Leonhart said. i tried all the save types even changed a few options around. i can remember that it worked with older versions of iDeaS. so. have any ideas of what to do Lino.

if you set the save type and then load the game iDeaS change the save type on the size of the file. If you load the game and then to select the save type, iDeaS doesn't change the save type. Is it ok?

Lino, i deleted and started a fresh game every time i changed the save type, none of them worked, where as in the 1.0.1.6 Auto and its real setting worked

NO$GBA also had the same problem at one point

in my ssttings it works the pokemon pearl normal saves and the save states i think there something wrongs in your settings...check it well
