Ideas opening problem

Hello i try to open ideas up and play any game but it crashes and windows says it has detected a problem and another problem is sometimes it does not even open completely so i cant play anything

sorry for double posting but could endrypts be the problem and how can i decrypt a rom please

don't use endrypts with iDeaS, just use clean dumps.

clean dumps = encrypted roms

(without any modification)

just don't encrypt the roms.

i cant explain it, i cant even start the Emulator , i make double klick on it and it doesnt start... not even opening the programm...

I wanna know what is your OS and your pc configuration(go to my pc right click properties and This will pop up)

(it is one of my old computer but iDeaS works well.)
