New to DS emulation (Help?)

Hiya! ^.^ Long time rommer, Been rommign for like seven years or so but never really had a want for NDS emulation untill late, But i keep visiting all these official NDS emulation sites that claim there is no NDS emu that can run commericial games/roms, Is this true? Is there any that actualy work? Any advice or info would be welcomed.

yes it works, No$GBA and DeSmuME are excellent emulators, just 3d support is lacking mostly.

my advice, just dont ask for roms or bios files here

Can anyone tell me some quality commercial games that are fully working and which emulator they're playable on?
