can i save game using this emulator or desmume?

You can't save with ideas. But you can dowload desmume 0.3.4, it has save/load states.

Just a note: There are not DS emulators with normal saves (like in a real DS)

Well, actually NO$GBA can 'normal save' some games, like Bomberman and Harry Potter

Shintetsu: also if you can't get a game working on desmume, try on no$gba (because the compatibility is totally different).
