What is iDeaS?

I have heard it has something to do with wifi on the no$gba. If so I am very interested to know how this works.

It don't do Wi-Fi with NO$GBA. It's an emulator which emulates GBA and NDS.

iDeaS has nothing to do with no$gba,iDeaS is a stand-alone nds emu just like Desmume and no$gba,iDeaS has some wifi emulation but it doesnt work yet
