how do I get my WEP key or SSID with my DS emulator?

You don't. The WiFi plugin is non-functional.

No. And we (emulator authors) don't know when that will change. The DS is only starting to have enough documentation about how the wifi chip works. And there's no way to emulate it "making the hardware believe" the wifi chip is working and just getting the TCP/IP packets, in case you think that's possible :P
