PSU for xfx 8800 gts 320 XXX

ok as the thread says i'm getting a new 8800 gts and I'm having a problem with finding an adequate psu for it all what is available now is 700 watt for 200$
or 350 FSP bluestorm II (it even has pci-E 6pin power connector)
i was thinking of going with the 350 although the card says it wants 400 watt for a high end system which i don't have
so basically my pc has 1 optical drive, 1hdd ,Audigy 4 sound card and d-link modem with my athlon 64 & mobo (see signature )

so is the 350 watt enough because it cost 48$ and those are the only 2 choices i have

by the way a friend of mine tried it on his rig and he has a power supply with a lcd display and it showed 209 watts consumption on full load(3dmark 2006) and he has an e 6750 oced to 3.2ghz

Just wanted to point out, The 320mb versions are the old type. Wouldnt it be smarter to buy a G92 8800GTS or GT? (Faster for close to the same price, in many cases cheaper)

I have close to no idea on the power consumption needed for A64's anymore as I have not paid attention to the AMD scene for a long while. However my uncle was having issues with a 8800GTS 320 paired with a 430Watt Truepower PSU, he jumped up to a 600Watt and had no problems after it. (Not that you would need 600 watts)

the thing is that i have bought it used for 200$ from UAE which is 4000 km away from my country and i had my friend buy it for me from alocal webside like amazon or e-bay and then another friend of mine is coming back to Syria and he will bring it with him ,so considering that it costs 420$ in my country i still think its a good deal .

i know a GT kix gts balls but it costs 400 $ in my country so u see my point

but 430 W is short on power for it ,damn i guess i will be needing the 700 watt one it cost nearly as much as the card did (this is really stupid)

Yeah, even a 500W PSU with the average system + 8800GTS would be stretching it. I don't think you would need a 700W, 600W should be sufficient unless you're running like 5 hard drives like I am .
