More Hardware Update
well since my last update with my pc going from a 1.2ghz celeron and 512mb of ram to a p4 3.20ghz cpu and 1gb of ram. i was thinking one day when i finally move out of my parents house the pc isn't mine its my father's i upgraded it for him so it can be faster. i also upgraded the video card too from 6200 to a 7600gs. but i'm getting a reward from my college for work study i'll be getting $1,466 from them and i'm using it to build a my first owned pc. so far my choice is:

I would drop the 512 mb ram sticks and get a 2x1 GB set, Crucial, Corsair, G.Skill, and OCZ are all great choices.
You really don't need a 850w PSU. A ~650w PSU would do fine. Look at some of the PC Power & Cooling and Silverstone PSU's, they are probably some of the best PSU's out there. You also may want to wait until the new 8800GTS comes out, it could par the GTX at a price point on 300-350$. Other than that it looks good, but I would still wait for a second opinion from someone else just incase someone has a better suggestion.

You should get the 650-750W version of the PSU you're getting... as mentioned before, its unnecessary. Tho XClio are a great brand (Im using a 650W Xclio Extreme X14, works like a charm. Rock solid.)
Also, get the new 8800GTS. Its roughly just as good as the GTX. Or if you want to spend a bit more, get 2 8800GTs in SLI. It will probably perform even better than the ULTRA. Also, make sure that the PSU included in the case is removable, otherwise you're pretty screwed. Out of curiousity.... do you intend to OC? ADDED: Ah yes, and as asmdeus said, you're probably better off with 2x1Gb sticks.

You should get 2x1GB sticks of memory for 37.99 (after mail-in rebate) with free shipping instead of the 512 sticks. Shop around newegg for deals....I would also wait for the newer 8800GTS.... comes out on/around December 11th....if you are set on the 8800GTX though I saw one on newegg for ~50 dollars less. Factory oc's are most of the time rip offs

At this point a GTX is not worth buying, the new GTS is right around the corner and will most likely beat the GTX in most cases and will be almost 200$ cheaper.
More importantly don't buy 512MB sticks they are almost 100% useless especially since ram is dirt cheap these days. It's worth paying 30-70$ more for a good 2GB set It's you can't afford a 2GB set, get a 1GB now and save up for a second one. You should swap your PSU and RAM for these Newegg.com - OCZ GameXStream OCZ700GXSSLI ATX12V 700W Power Supply 100 - 240 V - Retail Newegg.com - Crucial Ballistix Tracer 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Retail The new GTS comes out next week, so I would at least wait till then to order so you can see how well in performs to the GTX

Usually there is some asian website with preview benchmarks out before the card actually ships.

This is a current review comparing the GTX and the new GTS: NVIDIA GeForce 8800GTS 512MB G92 Tested :: TweakTown The new 8800GTS is better than the GTX at higher resolutions. Paying $200 more for an inferior card isn't a wise choice.

Why pay over 1000$ when you can get a superior setup for 600-750$? Once the new GTS comes out you'll see GTX's on ebay for around 300$. Newegg.com - G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Retail This RAM is only 9$ more than the 3x512MB sticks, but the ones I suggested earlier are a steal at that price and are far better.

AData is still relatively new to the market. They still got to build up a lot of consumer loyalty, and they've been gaining it for the past couple years. Generally, their RAM is so so at stock, but they can overclock just as well as the more known companies.
