Flash for bios

any 1 got some good bootable software i can use to flash my bios?... can't seem to find 1 that works..... asus connection to my place is currently down so i can't get access right now >< and can't exactly clock with 3 options >.> (fsb ddr2 voltage and 5-10x multiplier)

Are you talking about your PC's mainboard?
If so, you should have asked in "hardware discussion"

Dont have floopy anymore...
