For those who're tired of their outdated processors: Pentium 3/4/D and yes you too AMD users! Well, lucky for you guys i just happen to find the cheapest price that no other E-Retailer's could offer this low low price!
ClubIT Product - Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 Conroe 1.86GHz 2MB L2 LGA775 Processor OEM HH80557PH0362M Why buy this processor? Well, this cpu/processor is highly overclockable (i've seen this baby clocked to 3.60Ghz) when you have the necessary hardwares (DDR2 800 rams and a good motherboard that support/compatible with it) Speaking of motherboard you'll need a decent board to get the most out of your processor. For Asus brand, at least go with P5B then P5B-E and P5B-Deluxe. Don't like Asus board/brand? Here are my picks from Gigabytes boards: GA-965P-DS3 (rev. 2.0), GA-965P-DS4 (rev. 2.0) and GA-965P-DQ6 (rev. 2.0) Personally, i think the P5B Deluxe is currently the best board for any Core 2 processor so if you got the cash go for it! So you've upgraded your cpu/processor, rams, and motherboard. Are you ready to feel the differences, the awesomeness of Core 2? Well, first try PCSX2! and that should probably give you a clue to how powerful these Core 2 cpu's are. Last but not least, even if you have you Core 2 cpu but you graphic card sucks then i'd suggest you to upgrade it too!

WOW! Nice find General Plot! E6300 in a box, cpu cooler and does it come with a 3 yrs warranty as well since retail one does? Well, to tell you the truth they raised the price $10 more. Last week it was $159.99 with free-shipping too.

Cheapest here is ~170 euros... Makes importing tempting if it weren't for the fact I always have hardware crapping out on me, so I'm kinda highly dependant on warranty

Of course, I didn't want stock cooling (plan to overclock later when I get a better board), so I bought this for it too.

I got my 6300 with an Intel mobo(with PCI-e x16 and DDR800 support) from my friend for a little over $200. He paid about the same price to get it from this retail program he took part of. The AMD guy at our store said it was a piece of crap, but of course HE'S going to say that.
