which website did you find this at?
Update: http://www.biostar-usa.com/mbdetails.asp?model=915p-a7c ok you have the Biostar i915P-A7C model motherboard. I dont know what the PCI-ED is for. anyways this si some weird ****. It says there a 1 x PCI-E x16 and a 1 x PCI-Extreme (compatible with most PCI-E x16 cards). So I suppose that as long as the PCI-Extreme is compatible with whatever your throwing it with then its ok. This motherboard looks really cheap. If you are afriad that it will fry, find something thats more reliable to yourself. Dont buy it cuz its cheap. Cheap stuff will usually just blow up for no reason.
