I'm getting great results with the new 91.31 drivers. They are digitally signed too

Well judging from that thread there seems to be a registry 'patch'.

You may want to give the Xtreme-G 84.56 drivers a try.

seriously if you think drivers are going to give you say a 30% increase in performance your wrong. Maybe if they fix a bug but generally the newest on nvidias site work the best and give the best performance.

Never said i was expecting a 30% boost!
But when i had my Geforce 4 Ti 4600, i had best result (and less trouble!) using the 45.23 drivers and not later ones, so i'm just trying a bit of everything for my 6600 GT now for the same reason.

Anyway, got to skip the 84.56 and variant since the tv output is messed up.
Did a fresh OS install and the problem is still there.
Going to try 81.98 now and go back to 84.21 if nothing changes.

Suggestion from 6600 GT (single Agp card) users who already messed with drivers testing are still welcome.

Hmmm.....I installed the 91.31 drivers and haven't had that problem at all. They are working just fine for me.

Well i'll stick with 81.98 for now.
Everything works fine, especially Condemned which didn't crash yet unlike it did for me with the 84.21.
Thanks people.
